Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre is accessible by the local bus services. A bus stop is located on Point Cook Road directly at the front of the Centre.

A free soft play area is located near the Jamieson Way entrance for parents to take their little ones along to and enjoy.

Guardian Medical Centre is located to the left of the Point Cook Road Entrance. They have Doctors and Nurses who will be able to assist with any first aid requirements.
