- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place the vegetables, garlic and rosemary on 1 lined tray. Spray with olive oil spray. Season. Bake for 25 mins or until the vegetables are golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, place the schnitzels on the remaining lined tray. Spread evenly with the pizza sauce and top with ham and cheese.
- Bake schnitzels with the vegetables for the last 15-18 mins of cooking time or until golden and cooked through. Divide schnitzels and vegetables among serving plates. Season.
